The Foundations of Movement programme is specifically designed as a beginner fitness guide. It introduces movement patterns sequentially across four weeks with sessions of 15 to 20 minutes, requiring no equipment.
The minimum space requirement across all Raltoven programmes is equivalent to a single yoga mat — roughly 2 metres by 0.6 metres. Sessions are designed around the domestic environment as it typically exists.
All Raltoven programmes are documentation-led — delivered as structured written materials with session sequences, form notes, and progressive load schedules. Remote correspondence is available for any questions that arise during a programme.
Workout consistency is addressed explicitly in programme documentation. Each structure includes guidance for resuming after gaps, including how to adjust progression when returning after more than five days of inactivity.
